Gas certificates, quotes and invoices in one app.
Some gas engineer software does the certificates and charges more for the quotes, diary and invoices. Vixir does both in one plan: landlord gas safety records, warning notices and service records next to your quotes, diary and invoices.
Certificates fill themselves in from the customer and their last record, you sign on the phone, the customer signs after you, and the PDF is ready to share before you leave.
Free for most businesses. Pro is £12 a month when you need it.

What it sorts out for gas and heating engineers.
Annual services and landlord checks slipping
Boiler services and gas safety checks repeat every 12 months on their own and land on your Due list, so you can book them in before they lapse.
Writing the same certificate details every year
A new record starts from the customer's last one, with their appliances already listed. Your name, Gas Safe number and signature are saved once.
An unsafe appliance on a routine check
Tap Write warning notice on the appliance and the notice is filled in from the record and linked to it, At Risk or Immediately Dangerous.
Ready-made job types
Start typing and Vixir suggests these, with repeat timings already set where the work comes round again. Rename them or add your own.
- Boiler service
- Landlord gas safety check
- Boiler repair
- Boiler installation
- Power flush
Questions from gas and heating engineers
Which certificates are included?
Landlord gas safety record (CP12), leisure gas safety record for caravans and holiday homes, gas warning notice, service record and installation or commissioning record, for natural gas and LPG. They're part of Pro.
Can the customer sign on my phone?
Yes. After you sign, hand the phone over and they sign on the screen. On a warning notice you can record that they weren't there or refused to sign.
What happens to issued certificates if I stop Pro?
They stay in the app and can still be opened and shared. You just can't start new ones until you have Pro again.
